How do I know what size necklace to buy?
Use a piece of string or floss and hold it around your neck to see where you want the necklace to fall. Then measure the string length. Some of our necklaces have an option to add an extender so your measurement would be the length without the extender.

How do I know what size bracelet to buy?
Download our bracelet size guide here. Your photographer may have some bracelet sizes on display that you can try on as well to get an idea of size.

Can I change or update my photos?           
Yes, most all of our jewelry items can be updated or changed to have your new photos in it.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid wearing it in a pool, hot tub, or salt water and keep it away from perfume, hair spray or household cleaners. It is also a good idea to remove piece when bathing or showering. Your piece may be polished with a sterling sliver polish cloth to restore shine.
